I ordered the Nazrawi Tibs and the dish was delicious! It was my first time having Ethiopian food and I look forward to more in the near future. I took my food to go, but the ambience in the restaurant is very nice and it seems to have many regular patrons.

Familial. This is the best way to describe my experience. And Ella became my cousin, instantly. Walking in, you get a sense of warmth and invitation. This being my second time eating Ethiopian food, I wasn't sure what to order but I still did.
Ella I think sensed my indecisiveness and made a decision that changed the game! She didn't judge me. Just the opposite. She wanted me to have the most authentic experience and her suggestions truly offered that. The meal! AMAZING! I could go on and on about how much I enjoyed this experience. My hope is that all that eat here, feel the same sense of goodness I did.

I often visit this restaurant whenever I am around in silver spring. I took my friend this time and the experience didn't disappoint. We had banatu and special kitfo which were both authentic in taste and great portion. The waitress was kind and I think it was the owner who packed out to go bags with such care. Thank you for the great experience and keep up the good work.

I found this restaurant after doing a Google search because I wanted authentic Ethiopian cuisine. The 5 star reviews were the truth! From the time I walked in for late lunch, the host and I believe manager, welcomed me to their restaurant. I had an appetizer and a main dish (vegetarian), all of which was absolutely delicious. This was more than enough for one sitting so I have dinner or lunch tomorrow and priced nice. Shout out to the entire ladies in the kitchen, at the bar and serving...

WOW I ate whole fish it is so delicious, crispy and recommend it for fish lovers. We also tried Nazrawi tibs, tender and crunchy try it . I will definitely come back with friends. I like the vibes and coziness will celebrate birthday party!!!!!!!!!
